No. Sphere is not affiliated with Seiko. Our watches are custom-built Seiko Mod timepieces, using Seiko movements and compatible parts, but they are not official Seiko products.

Are the watches water resistant?

Yes. All Sphere watches are splash resistant (3 ATM), protected against everyday contact with water such as rain or hand washing. We recommend avoiding full submersion.

How do I adjust the size of my watch bracelet?

Sphere timepieces use a butterfly clasp with removable links. You can easily adjust the bracelet at home, or have it fitted by any trusted jeweler for a perfect wrist size.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

We do. Sphere offers complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $150.

How long does shipping take?

  • Worldwide: ~10–15 business days.
  • Nicaragua: ~20–25 business days (routed via Miami). In Nicaragua, pickup at our local warehouse is free; home delivery may incur extra fees depending on the address.
