Returns and Refunds

At Sphere, every product goes through thorough quality control before shipping, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. Therefore, our return policy is strict and limited only to cases where the product has manufacturing defects or visible damage not caused by the customer.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • You receive a different item than the one ordered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Conditions for accepting a return:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with all protective plastic and labels in place.

It must be returned in its original packaging and well protected for return shipping.

Return Costs:

United States and International: Returns must be sent to our warehouse in the U.S. If the error was ours (defective or wrong product), we will cover the return cost. If the reason is personal (you don't like it, change of mind), the customer will assume the return shipping costs.

Exclusions:

Sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

Lifetime Warranty for Eyewear

Sphere sunglasses come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects or material faults. This warranty does not cover damage caused by personal misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to decline warranty claims if we determine there has been improper handling or intentional damage.
