  • Do you ship worldwide?

    → Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all orders. 
  • Are your watches official Seiko products?

    → No. Sphere is not affiliated with Seiko. Our watches are custom-built Seiko Mod timepieces, using Seiko movements and compatible parts, but they are not official Seiko products.

  • How long does shipping take?

    → USA: approx. 7-10 business days.
    → Worldwide: approx. 10-15 business days.
    → Nicaragua: approx. 20-25 business days due to routing via Miami. Once in Nicaragua, customers can collect orders from our local warehouse free of charge. Additional fees may apply for home delivery depending on the address.

  • Is shipping free?

    → Shipping is free worldwide for watches not for eyewear (calculated at checkout). In Nicaragua, additional costs may apply for home delivery from the local warehouse.

  • Will I receive a tracking number on my order?

    → Yes, you will receive the tracking number once the order is shipped or received by the carrier.
  • Do Sphere Glasses have a Lifetime Warranty?

    → Yes. Sphere Glasses come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to decline warranty claims if we determine there has been improper handling or intentional damage.
